
Harvey's Cafe, located in the heart of Los Angeles, is a beloved establishment known for its commitment to serving high-quality, nutritious meals and beverages to the community, particularly those associated with the Easton Gym Company. Since the Gym is an Easton Gym Company, we decided the best name was one that would pay homage to the founder of the Easton Gym, Harvey Easton. With a focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle, Harvey's Cafe offers a diverse menu that caters to fitness enthusiasts and casual diners alike. The cafe's mission is to create a welcoming environment where patrons can refuel and socialize, reinforcing the idea that healthy eating is both enjoyable and accessible.






Design Challenges and Solutions:
The rebranding project faced the challenge of revitalizing an established identity that felt outdated, while still honoring Harvey's legacy within the local fitness community. One major hurdle was to bridge the gap between the cafe's health-focused mission and the warm, inviting atmosphere it aimed to maintain. To tackle this, we conducted a series of design workshops with the cafe team to gather insights and ideas. This collaborative effort resulted in a fresh brand identity characterized by vibrant colors and contemporary typography, complemented by imagery that showcases the cafe’s offerings and community vibes. We also revised the layout of the menu and promotional materials to enhance visual appeal and accessibility, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Conclusion:
The successful rebranding of Harvey's Cafe has not only rejuvenated its visual identity but also strengthened its connection with the Easton Gym Company community, creating a vibrant space where healthy living meets social engagement, ultimately attracting a broader audience and enhancing customer loyalty.
